  16. nettools.ini "may" be included in certain distribution sets where certain
  17. selections have been predetermined.  Virgin copies of the program
  18. will not contain the ini file until after the first use of NetTools.  
  19. NetTools will create an ini file of its own once it has been user
  20. configured.
